Product Description

Many cases we can repair corroded aluminum for only a small cost of a new replacement.
All work performed carry a long time guarantee.
Often spare parts are unavailable or discontinued and we will return the corroded section to !00% working order.

We repair:

-Timing covers
-Water inlets

-Also resurface leaking exhaust manifold and other items

The housing over time can corrode badly around the water inlet points requiring replacement or repairs.

All work carries a 3 yr. warranty
With a leaking housing the option is replacement or repair.
In all cases we have successfully repaired the existing housing and can supply a 3yr. warranty.
The complete alloy section is removed in the water inlet area so to prevent future corrosion.
We prefer that the water inlet fittings are left in place to carry out the repairs on the housing.

The repair at Precision Marine we normally charge $550 to $600 plus freight.
We require photos of the damaged section for evaluation
